TeenApp Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your account from our app, please follow the steps below to submit your request:

Step 1: Email Your Request

Send an email to benwycliffmugalu@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include the following details in your email:

• Full Name: Your full name as registered in the app.
• Email Address: The email address associated with your account.
• Reason for Deletion: Briefly explain why you wish to delete your account.

Step 2: Verification of Identity

To ensure the security of your data, we may require you to verify your identity. This process might involve confirming details linked to your account. We will provide specific instructions via email if additional verification is needed.

Step 3: Processing Your Request

Once we receive your request and confirm your identity, we will proceed with the deletion of your account and all associated data. Please allow up to 24 hours for your account to be completely removed from our system.

Final Confirmation

After your account has been deleted, we will send you a confirmation email. From this point, you will no longer be able to access any services or features requiring an account login.

Important Notes

Reactivation: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you wish to use our services again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
